Ne’er Do Well Thespians (NWDT) hailed from Bathurst Street in Toronto. The purpose of this company was to create and produce new Canadian theatrical content. The company functioned from 1975 to 1982 until it closed due to lack of finances.

Included are performance and workshop files, house programs, production photographs, company portraits, reviews and articles, publicity materials, production information, technical drawings, designs, audio-visual materials and administrative records.
