She married George Drew of Guelph, former Mayor of Guelph, Premier of Ontario, Canada High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and the 1st Chancellor of the University of Guelph (1965-1970). They had 2 children (Sandra) Lady Alexandra Scholey of London, England and Edward Drew of Toronto.
