Notice

Due to 2024 summer construction, fencing was installed around much of the library. This fencing will remain in place until late August. While all entrances and emergency exits are usable throughout the construction, the fencing has an impact on the accessible route to the library’s entrance.

This article gives an overview of accessible routes that can be used to access the library from different areas of campus until the work is complete.

Accessible routes to the library include:

  1. From the north side of campus, approach the library by heading south down Winegard Walk. Turn right on Alumni Walk, then turn left toward the library.
  2. From the west side of campus, approach the library by heading east on Alumni Walk and then turning right, heading south down Winegard Walk. The library will be on your right.
  3. From the west side of campus, head east along Reynolds Walk, before turning north on Winegard walk. Then, turn right onto the path between Day Hall and Raithby House, past the Bullring. Turn left onto Trent Lane, heading north until hitting Alumni Walk. Turn left onto Alumni Walk and continue until you reach the library on the left.
  4. From the south side of campus, take Winegard walk north before turning right onto the path between Day Hall and Raithby House, past the Bullring.
