Beginning June 20, 2024, to access your Esri ArcGIS account, you’ll login using your U of G single sign-on (SSO). We plan to have all accounts moved to SSO login by 2025.

What you need to know

  • Starting June 20, simply logging in will create you an account. (Until June 20, you need to contact us to create an account for you. Find information for how to do so on the CCS Supported Products page).
  • Your first SSO login to ArcGIS will create your new U of G Esri account.
  • Your new account will not link back to your old content, even if both accounts use your U of G email.
  • The creation of a new account will not remove any of your old content (maps, apps, data, etc.).
  • You have the choice to continue using your old account to access your content. In doing so, we suggest you request to have your GIS content moved to your new account before 2025.
