
Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) is weeklong event put on by universities and colleges from all over Canada. Its focus is to raise awareness about procrastination and to teach effective habits to support students in their academic pursuits. Workshops are led by professionals at various institutions. This year, PAW runs from Monday, March 3 to Friday, March 7, 2025.

U of G led workshop provides insight into procrastination
One of our very own learning specialists at U of G is leading a session called Get It Done! Why Framing Your Task Matters. “If you procrastinate a lot, come to this workshop to learn about a simple technique to help you procrastinate less and get your work done more efficiently. You'll have time during the workshop to practice the technique and get your questions answered,” said Joannah O’Hatnick, manager, Writing and Learning Services.
