About archival reproduction services

  • There are no fees for this service at this time.
  • We reserve the right to limit or decline a reproduction request due to condition, copyright, or donor restrictions.
  • We will notify you to confirm whether your requested reproduction can be completed, and in what timeline.
  • High-resolution digital scans (JPG, TIF) or PDFs will be provided based on your needs.
  • For audiovisual requests, please fill in the form and we will contact you for futher discussion.
  • Rush orders and same-day service are currently unavailable.

How to request reproductions

  • Search Archival & Special Collections in the Archives database or Omni.
  • In Omni, look for "U of G Location" on the left-hand menu to limit your search to "Archival & Special Collections."
  • Request a reproduction from our collections.
